I’m a wife, mom, CNA working in the emergency department, a college student, and someone who really enjoys documenting life as it happens.

Life by Jessica Lynn is simply a place where I share real life. The everyday moments, the busy seasons, the challenges, and the growth that happens along the way. Between working in the ER, going back to college, and raising a family, life is full, sometimes chaotic, but also incredibly meaningful.

I started this blog because I wanted a space to reflect, create, and share parts of my life that might encourage or connect with someone else. Some days that might look like a day in the life in the ER, other days it might be about navigating college later in life, spending time with my family, or capturing a moment through photography.

This space isn’t about perfection. It’s about real life as it unfolds — the good days, the hard days, and everything in between.

How it all started

I’ve been inspired to start a blog for years, but what truly pushed me to begin was buying our first home. I’ve always loved a good before and after, so I started documenting our projects and finding creative ways to update our space without breaking the bank.

Over time, it became more than just home projects. I found myself wanting to capture everyday life and the little moments, the memories, and everything in between.

This space is where I share all of that. My hope is that something here inspires you, motivates you, or simply reminds you that you’re not alone in whatever season you’re in.
